This policy describes how Aishwarya Nair, Psychologist ("we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

What we collect

The contact form collects only your name, email address, and message. We ask you not to include sensitive or clinical information in the form. Browsing this site does not require an account and we do not run advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to arrange a consultation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to Aishwarya Nair through our practice-management system and email. Messages you send on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the DPDPA you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time. Write to aishwaryamuralinair@gmail.com to exercise these rights or to raise a grievance; unresolved grievances may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India.

Therapy records

Clinical records created during therapy are held separately under professional confidentiality obligations and are not part of this website.
